We will work with numerous sub-contractors and suppliers to reach a single, lump-sum construction contract. We hire and supervise sub-contractors based on low bid, schedule and understanding of the issued working drawings; we may self-perform portions of the work.

Our project managers and superintendents coordinate all job site activities related to the construction of the project. The general contracting delivery method usually extends the schedule, due to the design/bid/build sequential phasing of the project.
