Detroit PAL (The Corner Ballpark presented by Adient)

Construction management for a new multi-sport youth complex and Detroit PAL headquarters on the former Tiger Stadium site in Corktown. The project restores the historic playing field and adds year-round outdoor athletic amenities along with a 20,000-square-foot facility that will house PAL’s first permanent headquarters. Program elements include the Willie Horton Field of Dreams, spectator seating for roughly 2,500, a banquet and leadership center, locker rooms, dugouts, storage and support areas to host a wide range of youth sports and community programming.
