Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority Building Renovations

Construction management for the renovation of approximately 68,000 square feet within an existing five-story office building plus four associated parking lots. The project involved interior demolition, hazardous material abatement, life safety upgrades, complete replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and new finishes and furnishings across five office floors to create a modern administrative headquarters environment.
