Las Vegas City Center

Design-build delivery of the 6,400-square-foot CityCenter Central Fire Station #32 integrated into the 18-million-square-foot Las Vegas CityCenter mega-resort, along with a baggage handling system and taxi relief station. The fire station’s highly irregular geometry and extensive low-voltage and communications infrastructure required close coordination of architectural, mechanical and electrical systems, including advanced dispatch and lighting controls. Tooles also installed a 2,000-linear-foot baggage handling system in utility levels below the development, using 3D modeling to resolve tens of thousands of clashes with other trades while maintaining rigorous safety controls for thousands of workers on site.
