Northwest Activities Center Phase II Renovations

Phased, occupied, fast-track renovation work at the Northwest Activities Center for a Fifth Third Bank branch and related spaces. Tooles removed existing walls and flooring, installed new metal studs and drywall, set custom wood doors, frames and trim, repainted interior surfaces, installed new floor finishes and built out a computer lab with counters, power and data outlets, all while maintaining operations in the active facility.
