PAL Headquarters & Youth Athletic Field (The Corner Ballpark presented by Adient)

Construction management and self-perform services for the PAL Headquarters and youth athletic complex at the former Detroit Tigers Stadium site. The project combines a roughly 20,000-square-foot L-shaped headquarters building along Cochrane and Michigan Avenues with a restored historic playing field and year-round athletic amenities. When complete, the venue will provide Detroit PAL’s first permanent headquarters, the Willie Horton Field of Dreams, seating for about 2,500 spectators, a banquet and leadership center, dugouts, locker rooms and equipment storage to support a wide slate of youth sports.
