Children’s Hospital 27-bed Observation Unit Renovation

Tooles Contracting Group, in joint venture with Comdec, delivered construction management for the first-floor Children’s Hospital Observation Unit. The work converted existing office space through full demolition and remodel of roughly 7,000 square feet, creating a 27-bed observation suite organized into pods with four nurse stations and associated support areas.
