St. John Surgical Training Center

Tooles Contracting Group served as general contractor for renovation of about 11,250 square feet on the first floor of the Providence Park Outpatient Center. Work included interior build-out of surgical training and support spaces, upgrades to public corridors, installation of additional rooftop HVAC equipment, new site pavement and new exterior service doors.
