Veterans Administration 6th Floor Care Unit

Tooles Contracting Group, teaming with VetBuilt Building Group, completed a phased, occupied renovation of approximately 22,400 square feet on the 6th floor of the 1W Building at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The project created 28 single-occupancy medical-surgical patient rooms and associated support areas, including carefully sequenced work tying into 5th-floor plumbing systems while keeping patient care operations active.
