Veterans Ann Arbor Kitchen & Canteen Renovation

Tooles Contracting Group and VetBuilt Building Group performed a phased, occupied modernization of roughly 17,000 square feet on the 3rd floor of the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center’s 1W Building. The work renewed the main food service kitchen, servery, dining and canteen store areas while maintaining continuous food service through construction. The project was delivered in eight phases, including creation of a temporary kitchen and off-hours work to tie new systems into existing infrastructure.
