Tooles Contracting Group provided construction management services to renovate and convert a 16,274-square-foot former childcare center into the new 5th Police Precinct on Detroit’s east side. Scope included new MEP systems, life safety upgrades, new interior partitions and finishes tied into the DPS IT system, plus converting roughly two acres of land into on-site police and public parking.
