System-wide capital improvements across 39 Detroit Fire Department stations. Work included new lighting, boiler replacement and servicing, roof repairs, new flooring, windows, painting, doors and hardware, overhead doors, kitchen renovations and other building upgrades. The team also responded to daily emergency calls to address deferred maintenance items throughout the portfolio.
