General contracting for the restoration and redevelopment of historic Capitol Park in downtown Detroit. Scope included earthwork and grading, removal of contaminated soils, new irrigation, decorative concrete paving, planters, plantings, site furnishings, custom lighting, benches, bollards and relocation and restoration of existing sculptures as part of a brownfield redevelopment effort.
