Detroit East Riverfront Riverwalk Project at Mt. Elliot Park

Construction management and self-perform work for the full renovation of Mt. Elliott Park along the Detroit River. The 0.17-mile project included a new pavilion, universally accessible water feature and playscape, tensile shade structure, shoreline reshaping, and non-motorized pathways. Tooles self-performed decorative concrete, sidewalks, paths, curb and gutter, foundations, water feature work, and interior trades such as framing, drywall, ceilings and finishes. The park achieved LEED certification.
