Construction management and self-perform services for the redevelopment of historic Tiger Stadium into The Corner Ballpark, home of Detroit PAL. The project created a new youth sports complex with a baseball field, synthetic turf, grandstands, support buildings and community space, while preserving the neighborhood’s historic ballpark legacy.
