Fast-track renovations at Dixon Educational Learning Academy and Paul Robeson–Malcolm X Academy under Detroit Public Schools’ 2010 Summer Improvements Program. Work included new lighting, stage and gym renovations, bathroom upgrades, a new curtain wall system, classroom build-outs, doors and hardware, and other interior improvements to modernize both facilities before the school year.
