New construction of a 71,000-square-foot middle and high school facility for Hope of Detroit Academy at 4444 35th Street in Detroit, designed to serve up to 600 students. The building features two wings with science labs, a media center, athletic facilities and a cafeteria commons that also functions as an assembly space. A new gymnasium with seating for roughly 600 spectators supports school and community use.
