Design-build program for upgrades, renovations and new construction at 63 Amtrak stations across multiple states under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Work ranged from new curbs, sidewalks, parking lots and unstaffed stations to accessibility and building improvements. Tooles hired and trained more than 20 project and site managers plus safety and quality staff, managed complex permitting and right-of-entry requirements with host railroads, and delivered the program using phased, multi-crew deployment while maintaining ADA compliance and a strong safety record.
