John D. Dingell Transit Center
Construction management and pre-construction services for a new intermodal passenger rail facility in Dearborn delivered in coordination with MDOT. The 21-acre site includes two 800-foot platforms, pedestrian bridges over the railroad and Michigan Avenue, and direct connections to The Henry Ford and West Downtown Dearborn. The LEED Silver facility consolidates Dearborn’s rail platforms and integrates high-speed rail, regional and inner-city buses, shuttles, taxis, limousines and airport connectors in one hub, requiring extensive coordination with multiple public and private stakeholders.
