Rapid delivery of an urban garden and community space in downtown Detroit on a fast-track schedule of less than 30 days from excavation to completion. The project included extensive site development, grading, utility connections, concrete flatwork and steps, steel railings, gabion curbs and benches, fencing and gates, drainage systems, site lighting, galvanized planter boxes, irrigation, landscaping, mulch walkways, concrete pavers and trellises. Tooles also implemented detailed logistics plans and value-engineering options to manage cost and construction in a constrained downtown site.
