General contracting services for the renovation of roughly 10,500 square feet within the Pierpont Wilbur K Commons café at the University of Michigan. Work upgraded the servery, dining areas and adjacent corridors, integrating new MEP systems into the existing building and phasing construction to limit disruption. The project transformed a traditional cafeteria into an interactive market-style and casual dining environment.
