Construction management services for a new multi-modal transit facility on a three-acre site at the border of Troy and Birmingham. The roughly 2,000-square-foot building and associated site work support passenger rail, regional and inner-city buses, shuttles, taxis and limousine services. The project also included a pedestrian bridge and more than 200 feet of new platforms, creating a regional hub within the Detroit Regional Mass Transit Plan and requiring coordination with multiple transportation agencies and railroads.
