Design-build services to create a clean, safe and fully usable interim public waterfront site at 1801 West Jefferson in Detroit. Work included new ADA-compliant walkways and transitions to existing sidewalks, 24/7 security provisions and removal of obsolete guardrails, pavers, asphalt, fencing and a guard house with related infrastructure, preparing the site for year-round public access along the riverfront.
